Due to the nature of handcrafted, antique, and custom wooden products, we do not accept returns once the order has been confirmed and delivered.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Slight variations in color, texture, or wood grain (natural characteristics of wood)
Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage
Custom-made or made-to-order products

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
Order details and delivery information

After verification, we may offer:

Repair or replacement (subject to availability), or
Partial or full refund (at our sole discretion)

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the product has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation is not possible
Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our luxury furniture and wooden art items are custom-made.
For such products:

No returns
No cancellations
No refunds once the order is confirmed
